*condo Cleaning Monthly Rates*
Cleaning of condominium building consist of: cleaning of Common area's (mopping and sweeping cleaning scuffs from walls with magic eraser), Putting out and sorting of (recyclables) garbage 2 times a week and power washing of sidewalk,changing of light bulbs. Snow removal will be $25 for any day that would require Your Condo Angel Clean to come out and remove snow.
1) 6-7 unit condo $330
2) 8-9 units condo $430
*condominiums with more then 9 units will be $75 for every unit*
